The activity of the companies-members of the Association is mainly connected with designing, construction supervision and scientific researches in the area of the railway infrastructure. Working in these companies specialists are high-qualified experts, possessing considerable expertise in the practical application of the Bulgarian and foreign legislative documentation, the modern computing and measurement methods, the new construction technologies and materials.

Eng. Iliya Iliev is the chairman of BACCRC and the deputy chairmen are eng. Toma Yotsov and eng. Sevdalin Valnarov.
