Elections were held for the new two-year-mandate of the Association's Managing Board and Acceptance / Approval of new company - Eurotransproject Ltd.On the 30th of January 2008 in the city of Sofia was held the General Meeting of the Bulgarian Association of the Consulting Companies in Railway Construction. With a full majority as a new member of the Association was affiliated EUROTRANSPROJECT Ltd. Eng. Maria Mileva was appointed as its representative in the Association's General Meeting. Elections were held for the new two-year-mandate of the Association's Managing Board, Chairman and Deputy Chairmen. As members of the Managing Board were elected Eng. Toma Yotsov, eng. Valentin Mihaylovksi, eng. Sevdalin Valnarov, eng. Ivan Zdravchev and eng. Iliya Iliev. Eng. Iliya Iliev and eng. Toma Yotsov were re-elected respectively as Chairman and Deputy Chairman. Eng. Sevdalin Valnarov was elected as a new Deputy Chairman, replacing eng. Valentin Mihaylovski.

Acceptance / Approval of new companies – With the decision found in written statement ¹ 20/29.11.2007, from the annual general assembly, the company “Stepro” Ltd. was accepted as a full member of the Association.

The address for correspondence of BACCRC was changed
With the decision found in written statement ¹ 20/29.11.2007, from the annual general assembly, the address for correspondence of BACCRC was changed. The new address for correspondence is Sofia 1202, “Tzar Samuil” str 108, fl. 4

Meeting between PKAG (Switzerland) and BACCRC
On 14th February 2007 held a meeting between PKAG (Switzerland) and BACCRC. On the side of BACCRC took part Ilia Iliev – chairman, Valeri Kotov – manager of EKIP 2000, Veselina Bachvarova – manager of Geosinmat VB.
Representatives of PKAG, after presentation each other and discussion of form for collaboration in the sphere of designer’s and consulting work in the railway transport in Bulgaria and EC declared their desire to become members in BACCRC.

“Rubicon engineering” Ltd in consortium with Tecnica y Proyectos S.A.(TYPSA) (Spain), Louis Berger SAS (France ) and TRADEMCO S.A. (Greece), concluded on 12th April 2006 contract for “Plovdiv-Svilengrad Railway Electrification and Upgrading of Corridors ²V & ²Õ, Technical Assistance for the Supervision of the Works for the Whole Line”.

New members in the association - VVD Consult Ltd. and GUS Ltd.
On 12th May 2005 BACCRC held its regular Annual Meeting, on which new applications for membership in the association were discussed. The General Meeting decided to accept as regular membrs of Bulgarian
Association of Consulting Companies in Railway Construction the companies "VVD Consult" Ltd and "GUS" Ltd.
